Hello hello! My name is Jocelyn.
I created this site because I have struggled myself with severe (and I mean REALLY severe) social anxiety.
I couldn’t hold a job or even talk to people over the phone.
The mere thought of even leaving my house would cause my heart to race.
After 5 years of trial and error, I’ve finally found something that worked for me… nutritional therapy!
That’s right. I cleaned up my diet… and …like magic–my social anxiety disappeared!

I created this blog to share with everyone my exact approach to nutrition (as well as supplementation).
I believe that anyone can be cured of social phobia with the right treatments. I will do my best to provide you with the best information currently available including scientific studies, and also my own personal experiences with tackling SAD.
